My approach to therapy is holistic, in which we discuss your goals from many perspectives and examine the effects on your mind, body, and spirit as well as relationships, careers and any other areas of importance for your life. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as narrative.
