Welcome! I'm Dr. Carmaletta Zandi, a Licensed Social Worker and Therapist dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals of all ages. Life can present us with complex emotional challenges, such as PTSD, depression, and grief, and I am here to help you navigate those tough times.I want you to know that I am very approachable. I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, but together, we can work through your unique experiences.I have a special passion for guiding people through difficult life transitions, including providing support for caregivers, assisting parents of sick children, and offering guidance to foster and adoptive parents.  My goal is to ensure that you feel truly understood and supported as we collaborate to create a personalized plan that fits your individual needs and aspirations.In our work together, I am committed to fostering healing and growth in a nurturing environment.
