life transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy and practical tools,
helping you to find your own natural rhythm and move forward with confidence. I
have extensive training in evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
