Bio
Are you feeling stuck in a difficult current, unsure of how to find your way forward? It's easy to feel overwhelmed and alone in a complex world. My purpose is to help you transform life’s challenges into a powerful source of enduring strength and purpose.
As a licensed social worker and a veteran, I specialize in guiding individuals through trauma, anxiety, and the stress of life transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy and practical tools, helping you to find your own natural rhythm and move forward with confidence. I have extensive training in evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
My own journey through combat and service has taught me that healing is a process of finding your cadence—the steady, inner rhythm that guides you. With the support of my own service dog, Francis, I've learned that every person can navigate their personal currents and find a powerful sense of flow. My work is dedicated to helping you discover that same resilience.
In our sessions, you can expect a space that is calm, non-judgmental, and focused on your goals. Together, we will work to build a strong foundation for your healing journey. My role is to be your guide, providing the tools and support you need to find your footing and walk your path with a renewed sense of strength and purpose.
Your journey is yours to own. When you are ready to begin, I am here to help you find your rhythm.
