Bio
Welcome. I’m Amanda Martinez, a therapist, social worker, Veteran, military
spouse, and advocate for healing, resilience, and personal growth. My approach
to counseling is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. I understand that
reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you have tried
counseling before and did not feel fully seen, heard, or understood.
life transitions, relationship stress, addiction, self-doubt, emotional
overwhelm, and the weight of carrying too much for too long. Many people come
to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together, unsure of

warmth, structure, and real-world understanding into the therapy room. I

strengthening self-awareness, and moving toward a life that feels more
grounded, meaningful, and manageable.
are a good fit. If we are, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your
healing process. And if I am not the right therapist for you, that is okay too.
Please do not give up on therapy. Sometimes healing begins with trying
again...with the right person, at the right time, in the right space.
You are worthy of support, understanding, and the opportunity to feel
better.
