Hello and welcome!
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Trauma Professional based in Texas with 4 years of experience, specializing in helping people work through relational trauma and relationship challenges, OCD and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, and chronic stress. I am also certified as a ‘Health at Every Size’ (HAES)- aligned Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist.

I emphasize a holistic approach in my work, meaning I consider the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and emotions, as well as the environmental factors that impact your well-being. This includes the personal, social, and cultural influences —like family dynamics, community support, and societal structures—that shape your experiences. By looking at the whole picture, we can better understand your struggles and create lasting solutions.
