Bio

  As a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 18 years of experience, I'm deeply committed to helping individuals navigate some of life's most challenging situations, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance abuse, domestic violence, eating disorders, body image issues and women's issues. My extensive background also includes working within the Family Court and Criminal Justice Systems, providing support to clients facing legal and systemic challenges. Throughout my career, I have provided compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults in individual settings, empowering them to create lasting, positive change. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, always tailoring my work to meet each person's unique needs and experience. By integrating Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused modalities, I help clients build resilience, gain insight and find practical solutions to their struggles. In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I bring a strong foundation of crisis management, cultural and disability awareness and competence addressing the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds. My holistic approach ensures that every person I work with feels heard, supported and valued.
