I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, specializing in geriatrics, chronic illness, women’s health, life transitions, trauma for first responders, and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety and depression. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other evidence-based techniques to guide you on your journey.
