Hello! I'm Lila, a Licensed Master of Social Work. I provide therapy to individuals and couples seeking clarity, connection, balance, and meaning in their lives. My focus is to support you in managing your emotions, building strong connections, and creating meaningful change in your life, using concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
