With over 35 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy tailored to meet each individual where they are. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Written Exposure Therapy, Polyvagal and Play Therapy.
