I am Dr. Carmaletta Zandi, a Licensed Social Worker and Therapist (LSW). My professional journey has spanned across various age groups, from children to seniors, and has allowed me to gain extensive experience in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. These include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, recidivism, military separation transition, and life transitions.
I have a particular specialization in working with families involved in foster care and adoption, as well as parents caring for chronically ill children. My primary goal is to collaborate with you to alleviate life's stressors and facilitate positive change.
My therapeutic approach incorporates various treatment modalities, all grounded in mindfulness and a strength-based perspective.
