Bio

I believe it is important for everyone to have an adequate support system. My approach to joining your support system is to meet you where you are at, collaborate with you, and help you uncover the 'why' that motivates you. I cultivate a calm and compassionate therapeutic environment. I employ various evidence-based practices including mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

I specialize with teenagers and adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, and life-stage transitions. I celebrate diversity and invite you to come as you are. I am an ally for the LGBTQ+ community, and am trained in writing letters of readiness.

I also have experience with supporting those who are experiencing caregiver burnout, chronic illness, and experience with crisis intervention. I encourage you to reach out to begin your journey of achieving the best version of you and reaching those goals you have always wanted to reach.
