Hi and welcome! I’m so glad you’re seeking support. I help clients navigate the stressors of life, including life transitions, anxiety, relational issues, grief, and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with perinatal mental health concerns, including infertility, pregnancy loss or termination, and birth trauma. I draw from different theoretical perspectives to help you meet your goals and ultimately, feel better in your life. The theoretical orientations I use most often include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment and strengths based therapy.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we can process emotions, improve coping skills, and increase self confidence. My aim is to create a warm and welcoming space to discover unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, identify needs, and nurture resiliency. I bring a genuine curiosity to the exploration of your concerns and the areas in which you feel stuck.
