I also have extensive experience working with perinatal mental health concerns, including infertility, pregnancy loss or termination, and birth trauma. The theoretical orientations I use most often include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment and strengths based therapy.
